Orders typically take 1-5 days to ship then 5-10 business days to arrive.

However, due to high demand and coronavirus, shipping may take longer.

YES. Due to coronavirus, shipping times can and probably will take longer than usual. Orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

Unfortunately, there isn’t anything we can do to improve this until the coronavirus passes and shipping returns to normal. We apologize for this inconvenience.

For damage/defective items, please contact customer service right away. Please take a few photos of the damaged item with your phone or camera to provide to our customer service team. Please read our Return Policy page for more details

Once your claim is processed, we will provide a replacement item immediately.
